Many years of work experience in the banking, retail, food, and petroleum industries have given me a great appreciation and understanding of people and their need for quality service.
I am a native 'Islander' and have lived in this area with my wife and two daughters since November 1984. I have been a volunteer and supporter of the community through Rotary, Special Olympics, Junior Achievement, minor hockey, and several boards.
As an Esso agent I served Kings and Queens counties until 2001. I joined Brad Oliver Realty Inc. in March 2002. In 2005, I started the process to receive my CRA residential appraiser designation and will complete this professional study in 2011. This field of endeavour and my previous business experiences give me a wealth of knowledge to help people with their real estate goals.
I specialize in people and their needs. With my past and current business experience, I understand commercial and investment property opportunities. From the residential and recreational standpoint, I really enjoy meeting and helping people with what is perhaps, their most important purchase. I find this part of the business very gratifying, especially becoming friends with my clients.
